Terms of Service – G6 Solver

1. Service Scope & Licence

1.1 Licence Grant – We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the desktop application, subject to these Terms and an active subscription.

1.2 Subscription Model – Access to the desktop application requires an ongoing paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, your licence will be suspended until payment is restored.

1.3 Browser Demo – Our browser-based demo is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use only and does not persist data beyond your active session.

1.4 Single-Device Restriction – The desktop application is licensed for use on one registered device only. Sharing, transferring, or duplicating the software to other devices is strictly prohibited.


2. Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
  • Share, transfer, resell, or sublicense your access or licence.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws.
  • Circumvent technical protection measures including device-based restrictions.
  • Use the Services in ways that may damage, disable, or overburden the system.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 Payment Processing – All payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

3.2 Refund Policy – Subscription fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis only, except where required by law.

3.3 Non-Payment – If payment is not received, your licence and access may be suspended or terminated.


4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All software, branding, code, and underlying AI infrastructure are the exclusive property of G6 Algorithmic Microsystems.

4.2 User Content Ownership – Any outputs or content produced by the Services belong to you.


5. Third-Party Services & LLM Providers

Some features connect to third-party LLM providers such as OpenRouter. We operate above these LLMs and do not control their operation or data handling.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 As-Is Basis – The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy – Outputs may contain errors; verify results before real-world use.

6.3 User Responsibility – You are responsible for monitoring the system’s actions.

6.4 Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Services.


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and licence without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to maintain an active subscription.


8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is legally binding: Privacy Policy.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Australian courts.


10. Changes to These Terms

Updates will be posted with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
