An AI missing signs that a vulnerable person is at risk
An AI working with a person misses that they are at risk of suicide or self-harm, of harming someone else, or that a child is in danger. duty_of_care is only a tripwire for it: it matches a fixed list of English crisis phrases, and a paraphrase or another language passes.
